Why we can't focus.
Ive been mostly a long form reader and writer my whole life and only very recently more active on YouTube... and I have seen an *immediate negative change in my attention span as a result. And because of this dopamine addicted era I've never been really able to gain a footing since I mostly read (post) and write things that take time. Which... no one, myself included, has anymore.
