Holy crap I've been saying all this for freakin ages. People online cannot suspend disbelief anymore, and other than documentaries, what else is film than realms of imagination? Even when critiquing capitalism or the police state - they get right onto YouTube and to game the algorithm with their latest "take" - fully succumbing to culture war capitalist distractions from what actually matters. So maybe creating a video about capitalism first to help social change and *then use Spider Man as an example. Why hate watch? Not everything needs your online opinion, or at least I hope it's kept as a case study against a wider critique and not endless rage bait.

It goes the same for keeping things in their lanes - you can't compare a horror movie to Shawshank: a horror flick can be a 10/10 in its own lane, it is what it is, expecting it to be anything else is rediculous. So enjoy things for what they are!
