The media is doing the most to get the public to support eugenics and manufacture consent for the state’s organized abandonment of disabled people. This video goes over some case studies of this eugenicist propaganda and discusses the necessity of disability justice and health communism.

You’ve felt the version of this at home, where you set the textbook boundary with your mother, word for word from some carousel, and the whole family treats you like you converted to a foreign religion, because in a way you did.
The version I teach works where people actually need each other: boundaries that bring you closer instead of ending contact, and repair for when the line lands wrong, so when your auntie calls you selfish for saying no you have language that holds the no without burning the relationship, and when you’ve overcorrected into isolation you have a way back that isn’t collapse. All of that lives in the Toolkit.

To any non-socialist who has seen the "Socialism 2026"-conference: WE ARE NOT THEM!!
We actually hate them a lot more than you do, because they call themselves socialists. These are hardcore "red" liberals (RedLibs for short). In fact, liberalism has rotted out their brains so much that they can only communicate with those who are also brain-damaged by liberalism enough that they won't laugh in their faces.
If you despise them, that's a good thing. We do too. Come work with us toward a better future, to stop the endless wars & genocides abroad & exploitation in our own countries.".

UPDATE: In the next reel I've posted BAB's full "dysgenic" comments, for those who want to learn what the rightwing shitpost clip jockey left out, and think about how easy it is to glitch out on solidarity for the thrill of swarming.

Fitness & Fascism. Now this is my lane and I have a *lot to say on the matter, I'll let Hasan take this for now. But let's just say I've *always told my patients you can make a bigger impact on the world the better you take care of yourself to fight the system that causes us to be as unhealthy as we are. Fascists come at this from a purification mindset which, alongside antivaxism leads directly to eugenics.
Dysfunctional capitalism: Mental illness, schizoanalysis and the epistemology of the negative in contemporary cultural studies
In cultural studies, neoliberal capitalism has been critically discussed in connection with a rise of mental illness. Within this discourse, psychology and psychoanalysis are being ambivalently debated as either complicit with the capitalist representational system or as potential tools to critically interrogate it. This paper traces these arguments in publications by writers such as Mark Fisher and Franco Berardi, and examines their relationship to Gilles Deleuze and Félix Guattari’s concept of schizoanalysis. It re-assesses Deleuze and Guattari’s ideas and concludes with an outline for the complementary use of psychoanalytic theory and schizoanalytic ideas as a meta-discourse within cultural studies.
This book diagnoses the social, mental and political consequences of working and economic organizations that generate value from communication. It calls for the role of communication technologies to be reimagined in order to create a healthier, fairer society.
Pathology of the Capitalist Spirit is about capital and about the economic system that bears its name. In this book, Levine argues that our pursuit of ever-more wealth in the form of capital expresses our dissatisfaction with the world we live in, with what we have and what we don't have. Capital embodies our hope for something different. Because capital embodies this hope, it has become desire's object.
In his study of capitalism, Levine explores the meaning of capital as a social reality connected to fundamental human aspirations. The link between capital and the pursuit of a hoped-for state is especially important in light of the stubborn insistence on the part of its critics that capitalism exists to serve the material interests of those whose vocation is to own capital. This misunderstanding ignores what is essential about capital, which is its link not to interests but to hope, especially the hope that by accumulating capital the individual can achieve an attachment to the good.
It is this hope that blocks tolerance of any notion that there is something unfair in the capitalist's acquisition of wealth and that fairness can be achieved through its redistribution to others. It is also this hope that animates the capitalist system as a whole. And in that sense, this hope is the spirit of capitalism.
To develop this theme, Levine calls on the ideas and writings of major theorists involved with understanding modernity and capitalism: Adam Smith, Karl Marx, Max Weber, Emile Durkheim, and Joseph Schumpeter.
