It had almost every ingredient political scientists associate with Donald Trump's rise: a housing crisis, growing anger over immigration, falling trust in politicians and public institutions, anti-government protests filling the streets, and a Conservative leader campaigning against the "gatekeepers" in Ottawa. For a moment, it looked as though the political movement transforming America had finally arrived in Canada. Except... it didn't. So what was Canada missing?

The licence belongs to the MD of Greenview not O'Leary Digital and the underlying consultation challenge will proceed.
